Before I started dieting, I was always tired and depressed. The only thing that made me happy was food, and I just knew there had to be more to life than food. So, I started my weight loss and have since found there is a great big world out there above and beyond food. I just feel like a different person. It's hard to believe that I was ever as big as I was; really, it's like I am another person recapping someone else's life.

This weight loss has really changed my life. I am now like the official "diet advice" go-to among my family and peers; and I love it. After trying Atkins, the cabbage soup diet, weight loss pills, etc., I found there is no quick answer. Giving that advice is my passion, as I have tried everything and feel like I am sort of an expert. I still struggle, though: it was and is an addiction. Well, I guess all of the hard work losing weight more than paid off-I won a contest and can wear a size 4/6. WOOHOO!! Thanks,
